What impresses me the most was even though I am located in Jersey (this was for our flipper in Seffner area) he accommodated me and didn't try to milk me when I am 1000 miles away. 2 other companies wanted to do complete drain field replacements from the get go and were counting on the fact I was far away and in a jam to close. read less
