I was contacted immediately for next day scheduling. The plumber showed up on time and within 2 hours the garbage disposal was removed and replaced with reasonable cost. I was very pleased and satisfied with the timely customer support.

Very prompt response and same day installment. The installation was complex and required a 2nd call to recalibrate the system but the followup was prompt and technican was very very pleasant.

Justin was very professional and responded in a timely manner regarding my concerns.

Hauled his huge frame through a tiny hatch FOUR times (twice in and twice out) under the park model to fix the piping (in full coveralls in horrible high heat) but I DID hydrate with cold spring water. I got much more than he bargained for for much less than I bargained for with Grace, expertise, great conversation and good humor. I may adopt Kenneth (Tennis). I for sure will recommend Justin (his boss) and him and CDS. Not Angi so much as the app sucks. But CDS is #1 in plumbing any day for me!! read less

He bailed me out of an emergency situation do to two other unprofessional plumbers from two different companies who showed up and didn't want to do the job and walked off. I've used him every since on any of my issue which has been a few now and wouldn't trust anyone else! They are on time, get you on schedule within a day a two unless it's an emergency and prices are responsible. Good company you can trust! read less
