Justin was nothing short of excellent. I don't trust many people in my home, let alone work on things for fear they could do more harm than good. Justin was very knowledgeable, very determined to ensure it was fixed correctly, and didn't try to dick us around for anything more than fixing the issue at hand. He was super busy but was able to squeeze us in between jobs which was very much appreciated since the drip had been going on far too long.
